About me
I recently wrote, directed and edited a natural history documentary about Charles Darwin and glaciers in Snowdonia National Park, Wales. This film has since been used by Bangor University, Snowdonia Society, National Trust, Barnes Film Festival and The Young Darwinian. I really enjoy my time filmmaking, researching and finding original stories. I have learnt very quickly that planning and research are an absolute essential to a successful project. I know communication is also important with this sort of work and that is something I believe I excel at. Having been brought up through the medium of Welsh and living in Spain I feel I have gained extra communication skills from being bilingual and on occasion using them to help build or improve working relationships. I have also worked freelance for companies including, National Trust, Atomic Media & Trinity Mirror. I also have a lot of experience shooting factual programs in a variety of locations including Barcelona, Snowdonia, Portsmouth FC, Manchester Velodrome, Bristol Lantern Parade and others.Skills
