A story of abuse, family and love.
Beth and Emily are sisters, both of whom are thrilled that their widowed mother is going to be remarried. That is until one dreadful night when a combination of alcohol and lust results in Beth being sexually assaulted by the man their mother is about to marry. This is their mother's first chance at happiness in years, but will the truth out and what will the aftermath be for the family.
